Welp we got home lets see… saturday morning about 4am… and saturday Ryan spent the entire day with a headace and not feeling good… probably from the 24+hours we were awake… and now sunday evening back to real life…

but first i have to say…. we are both really sad we couldnt do any more of the rally because after seeing pics from the ranch the rally continued on to it really makes me wish we coulda finished the entire rally… it was uneblievable looking. anyways there is always next year!

We overslept by 3 hrs because the alarm didn’t go off. Leaving the hotel now to head home

ALl of the damn pillows we had in our room were perfectly square and unbelievebly stiff… they had soo much stuffing in them i was tempted to cut the damn thing open and flatten it out.

This morning appears grey and wet without even leaving the hotel room yet. However it should be a fun day. We are off to Hastings Motorsports Park on Hastings, Nebraska.

It is also our last day on the rally before we turn around to be back in Maryland Friday night.

After a day if almost solo cruising with Justin(ducati) we have arrived 7th to the hotel ahead of many of the previous front runners. From reports we heard, the police presence was very high behind us, and we found ourselves WAY farther ahead than expected. Road construction caused several delays and caused a detour, but through the help of people (other ralliers) in our live stream chat room (live.yahoo.com/durkadenoracing) we quickly found an alternate route. Also the lighting was used for the first time today in moving through some traffic. Time to relax and get cleaned up while we wait for the rest of the group.

ok we got the live feed up but it apears to maybe not be working quite yet…. hopefully this slingshot wireless 3g card will pick up its data rates so it transmits…… anyways we will leave it up as long as the macbook doesnt burn through my pants. lol and sound probably wont be working… dont have enough wireless speed for that….

oh and we have been in PA for quite some time now…… and the truckers are being nice to us saying they dont know why the skyline and “shiny blue racer” (350z lol) arent going any faster…. we just gotta keep asking for an open door leftlane going southbound.

well we got the free mobile 3g card from Slingshot. thanks to slingshot for it… so far it works flawlessly…..

we are cruising with a turbo 350z which has already burned through half its tank of gas lol…. and a cayene turbo with 22’s…. a crazy painted 350z… oh and a silver skyline gtr…. hahaha..

anywho we are trying to set up the video stream and stuff so take a peak for new videos soon.

8:10am — 30 minutes to drivers meeting. Parking lot antics and mood was great last night. We’ll post up today destination when we find out. Now off to program the BCT8 and find breakfast.

Well its 1:22am and we are finally going to try and grab some sleep…. have to be up and ready by 8:30am for a drivers meeting….

the last bit of standing outside watching everybody finish stickering up and staring at the Carrera GT and Ferrari f360 modena, was fun but we had 3 police roll up on us rather quickly after the ferrari left because it deff has straight pipes with the high idle… yea you can guess.. lol it was LOUD… hotel guests called police and complained… luckily the Carrera GT and 360 went out with one of the skylines and the SPEED camera guys to get footage of them. lol

aight tomorrow is the first day… still dont know where we are going but we hear talk of possibly indy which would entail a 14 hour drive… so we passed up a open bar party to grab some much needed sleep…. maybe tomorrow night. lol
